Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data BRDGR collects, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our platform, and the demo and waitlist forms.
01Who we are
BRDGR Solutions Ltd (“BRDGR”, “we”, “us”) runs a platform where companies and partners find each other, agree terms, track conversions, and settle payouts. We decide why and how the personal data described here is used, which makes us the data controller.
For conversion data that a company sends us about its own customers, we act as a processor on that company’s instructions and the company is the controller.
02What we collect
What we hold depends on how you use BRDGR.
- Demo requests. Email, phone number, company name, company type, and your message.
- Waitlist. Name, email, role, company, what you are looking for, plus your browser user agent and the page that referred you.
- Accounts. Name, email, and a password stored in protected form. We also record sign-in activity and email verification.
- Onboarding and vetting. For companies: legal entity, website, country, regulatory status, products, and programme brief. For partners: profile, languages, markets, social accounts and audience figures, portfolio, partnership history, and preferences. Identity and business verification documents where we ask for them.
- Tracking and conversions. Click identifiers, a masked IP address, country, device fingerprint, risk score, and the customer reference a company supplies with a conversion.
- Payout and contract records. Agreed terms, amounts, status changes, and the ledger entries behind each payout.
03How we use it
- To respond to demo requests and manage the waitlist.
- To create and secure your account.
- To vet companies and partners before they can be matched.
- To track conversions, screen for fraud, and calculate and record payouts.
- To keep the service running, fix faults, and investigate misuse.
- To meet legal duties, such as anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure and fraud-resistant platform, compliance with legal obligations, and, for optional communications, your consent.
04Masked contact details
Names, domains, and contact details of companies and partners stay hidden from each other until both sides have agreed to talk. Once both sides sign, the details each side chose to share become visible to the other under the agreement they signed.
07International transfers
BRDGR serves companies and partners in many countries, and our providers may process data outside your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use safeguards recognised by the applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.
08How long we keep it
We keep account and profile data while your account is open. Contract, ledger, and payout records are kept for as long as the law and our dispute procedures require, because a payout history has to stay complete to be trusted. Demo requests and waitlist entries are kept until we have responded and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove them.
09Security
We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections, and signed server-to-server tracking. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent you have given. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Some records, such as ledger entries and legal or fraud investigations, cannot be deleted while we are required to keep them. We will tell you if that applies.
For privacy requests, use the Request demo button on our home page and say what you need in the message. We will reply to the address you give us.
11Children
BRDGR is for businesses and working professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
12Changes to this policy
We will post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will also tell account holders by email or in the product before it takes effect.
